It is not relaxing to be peddled to continually from the time you walk in until you barely escape with anything left in your account.

I was very pleased with my service.

My favorite massage therapist, David, is really wonderful! Mia is also great for facials. The only reason is simply that it doesn't have as "luxe" of a spa experience as some places. Also, I had a massage followed by a facial and this time, I wasn't given a robe to wear from one room to the next; they had me dress then undress again. Not a big deal, but I like the robe thing better.

Selection of products could be improved with a better pricing option for those with an membership. The add-on for services in addition to general membership fee could be improved, members could be awarded with upgrades more often especially for those that always adds an extra $40-60 plus to their sessions.

It’s just what it is - not excellent

The receptionist was just not my favorite type of person. She felt like a sales person more than a receptionist.

There were a couple of massage techniques used that were uncomfortable (and would be for most any client) because of the way that they were performed, which comes down to therapist knowledge level; for example, using downward pressure on anterior neck muscles is uncomfortable, and lifting/kneeding would be more appropriate for that body area.

Mostly related to price and I'm a hard grader. Perfection is hard to achieve.

I don't think the massage w/o the hot stones was as good as my previous therapist but that is no longer an option. I loved the hot stone massage but thought the other was a bit lacking. Also I am used to a full hour so 50 minutes goes by too quickly I think.

My last visit was a little bumpy. My usual massage therapist was caught on the bridge. Portland is bridgetown after all. I was rescheduled with someone else. So I had to wait a bit. The new therapist didn't spend quite enough time on my shoulder and it ended up hurting a little more than when I left. Usually my experiences are totally easy so this stood out to me. The receptionists and everyone handled everything positively though.
