A bit too expensive

Appointment was originally scheduled for the two of us to be done at the same time (in different rooms). When we arrived the appointments were scheduled one after the other. Luckily there was another option for the same day, and the receptionist was able to reschedule at that time.

The selling at the end. I had said I wasn’t interested once. I know they are doing their jobs but I’m not changing my mind. I do appreciate them giving me info for my insurance so that was a good part. Other than that highly satisfied.

Overall my experience has been great. I wish there was a better way to check on my account membership and schedule my appointments.

Massage therapist seemed nervous, unsure of her own ability. When asked for more pressure, that continued for only a short time, then had to ask again. Stretches seemed to only be done to fill time, and not for patient’s benefit. Massage seemed rushed to finish on time, although I was called back late. I will not schedule with this therapist in the future.

My massage was not as satisfying as I expected. It was superficial, and while moderately relaxing, I left with the same pain and stiffness I came in with. I expected more from my hot stone massage, which have been historically very effective and soothing for me.

My therapist was very nice. I was satisfied with her and certainly would give her another shot, however, I wish she would've spent more time on my problem area, my back, which I discussed with her prior to the massage, and less time on my extremities. I would have said something, but she started with my extremities and ended with my back, so I was out of time. I did like her and would go back to her, I would just make sure that it was clear what I was after.

Both of my appointments at Hand and Stone have started late (even though I have been on time or early). They have still ended on time - so I feel like my massages have only last 45 minutes or so - when they are advertised as one hour massages.

I wish the online booking in the app worked

Appointment was at 2pm. I was called in at 2:15 and massage ended at 3pm. Wasn't even 50min for massage with at least 5-7 minutes for undressing/dressing.
