Great service

My facial and massage was amazing, but I wasn't informed by the receptionist that the extra service bought (hand and foot treatment) would cut into my massage time. My massage ended up being very rushed because of it.

While they listened to my needs and were friendly, I felt that the skill level did not match other spas I have been to.

Easy to book appointment. Convenient location to my home. Price is good for services.

There is always room for improvement.

My message therapist works at two locations, but for some reason, the schedulers cannot see other locations, so there is always confusion. It would seem like your systems should be able to talk to each other. I cannot go to one location and schedule a service for the other, which seems weird. Get your systems and locations talking to each other!

I am not sure that I can get behind the concept of every add on to a normal service. You are trapped once you begin a treatment and their goal is to get you to add more services. My massage was ok and my facial, while the person doing it was great, I received a good cleaning but not usual facial experience at other spas. I like the price point and considering joining but I am reluctant when I can pay a little more at other locally own places and get a true spa experience.

The appointment was good. Skilled people. The next day my face seemed a bit red and dry. But I tried a new product and might need to wait to see results
