Hand and Stone

I always feel comfortable and relaxed when I enter this location. The massage therapist that I see has been wonderful to work with. She is very hard to schedule however, she is very popular! I would love to find a way to better use the website to schedule what I am looking for rather than calling. I’ve noticed that it’s very difficult to use the website to book a 90 minute massage, it’s not available online anymore.

Whenever I come into the spa I am welcomed by friendly staff. I have had great massage therapists, and I currently see May. I always leave my massage feeling relaxed and better than when I came in. May is a wonderful massage therapist, and I will keep coming back!

Love the access and affordability of Hand and Stone. My massages are always amazing, and Lexi is phenomenal. The desk staff is always great and very helpful

The therapist I see does a remarkable job. She meets my expectations and exceeds them on a regular basis. Just as an aside I have recommended this site to a neighbor and I believe they have scheduled an appointment recently.

The crew at H&S N Williams has kept me coming back for years, and that is not likely to change anytime soon. Dani's massage was super relaxing and exactly what I needed to unwind, and the front desk crew was super helpful and got me pre-booked for my next service :)

My esthetician Sam is the best! She always listens and makes great recommendations based on my skin concerns. She takes her time and my service never feels rushed.

After being refered by a friend to your membership program, I decided to invest in membership as an investment in my phsyical and mental health. Once I month, I know I have a day I can set aside to visit the spa and bliss out. The estheticians are highly knowlegeable and incredibly kind.

From the time I entered reception I felt at peace. May was very professional and addressed my areas of concern. I was in excellent hands at Hand and Stone. I recommend them highly!

Each time I come in the front desk staff is very kind and attentive. I am offered something to drink, a short massage, etc. I've had great facials, massages, and I've only had positive experiences there. Never seen anything dirty or unattended to.
