The receptionists are always very friendly and professional. The massage therapists are very knowledgeable about their profession and always make sure to ask about your personal needs. The entire staff will make sure that you feel comfortable and safe!

The therapist was right on target in taking care of the pain in my right leg and other places. However, it was painful while she was removing the pain. We worked together very well as she tolerated my loud expressions of pain.

Staff and facilities are great

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and the waiting area was relaxing and calming. My massage therapist was very clear and direct about the options and made sure that I was getting what I asked for...a relaxing massage.

The spa is peaceful , smells clean and stays clean and inviting. Unfortunately it appears that staff are not happy to work there , management is lacking customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. It needs to come from the top it makes it look like profit is more important than keeping the staff . There is definitely a lot of staff turnover.

My therapist knew exactly what needed to be done when I told her my issues. She worked those areas REALLY intensely. After a couple days the knots I had are gone.

My therapist is extremely knowledgeable and effective in relieving pain in the target areas. He always listens to my concerns and addresses them. The staff is friendly and always welcoming.

Stacy was very engaged and really listened to my issues. She was able to address my needs and give me her opinion on follow up appointments. I am looking forward to she some positive relief from my pain.
