I have had facials in the past, and this has been one of the best experiences. I am impressed with the professionalism and the quality of the work. I didn't get any redness or discomfort during or after the session. I will certainly come back for more treatments.

Gwendolyn is excellent! She makes you feel comfortable, you can feel free to ask any questions, she checks often on the pressure she is applying, and is very pleasant and patient. The receptionists are very friendly and check to make sure you have been helped.

Alessa was kind, welcoming, and created a relaxing and peaceful environment for me. She was incredibly knowledgable about skin, skincare, and the products that were being used during my facial. I could tell that Alessa puts effort into her craft. My skin looks amazing and has never felt so smooth after a facial. Also, she has great hands. The massages were especially the best I've received from an esthetician! I will definitely be coming back and requesting Alessa for my future facials!

Had a massage after long time, due to COVID-19. But it felt so good and was excited for massage, due to health issue massage is really helpful for me, it helps relieves my body pain.

I've been seeing the same esthetician for a bit now, so enjoyed seeing her again. However, I'm bummed that she's now leaving Hand & Stone, so hoping to find someone just as good. Biggest issue I have is that often times when I call, there are no appointments available for weeks, which can be frustrating.
