The staff at Hand and Stone Great Hills always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the time I enter the door until the time I leave. They know me by name when I check in and they are always thinking ahead when it comes to services I typically book and my next appointment. My therapist, Keegan, is a gem! He is very knowledgeable and really gets to know my body throughout the massage, listening to my needs and applying pressure with perfection to troubled areas. Overall, I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

This was my first ever Facial and I absolutely loved the whole experience. I cannot wait to go back and try different services! The staff was amazing; so friendly and knowledgeable about all of the services and products. I was provided with the right kind of product and services that suited my specific skin type and learned a whole lot of important information in the process. I highly recommend!

The front staff were friendly when checking in. The massage therapist was friendly and timely and the massage itself was great. I’ll definitely continue my membership here.
