I want to say Shelby, my esthetician, is phenomenal. This was my second time with her, and both times were just a joy. She has a talent for conveying her professionalism and knowledge in the short intake chat. She makes you feel comfortable and cared for. A great communicator, she explains what she is doing as she progresses, demonstrating deep knowledge of skin care. Finally, her work is stellar. My skin always looks and feels wonderful afterward. She's a real asset to your business.

The receptionist was friendly, could have been more personable, but overall I was satisfied. Kegan was ok and Liz was awesome! 😊

Overall it was my massage therapist Michelle. Having never had a theraputic massage before she explained in detail what she was doing and why. Michelle also explained that this was a process. She instilled me with confidence so I joined, and I have already booked my next session. Being totally honest, I'm sore today, but Michelle made no bones about the expectation that I probably would be, which I appreciated very much.

The customer service is great and the staff have taken a great deal in my well being. My massage was awesome. Hand & Stone has also giving customers including myself COVID-19 help. So that I may not loose my membership. Thank you for the wonderful has done me. I have needed a day like yesterday for sometime now. I can't wait to return.

I've had a membership with Hand & Stone for quite some time and have truly enjoyed all of the services provided as well as the quality of customer service when entering the spa and when scheduling my next appointment. Everyone has done a great job in dealing with Covid-19 crisis and I have felt very comfortable and safe every time I go to Hand & Stone. Kelly, the massage therapist I see at Hand & Stone, does a great job relieving my stress and has high quality continuity with her therapeutic touch.

The massage therapist did a great job of explaining the pressure he prefers to use and, asked for any areas that he should focus on for me. He did a great job of following through with everything. I left feeling much better, and was totally relaxed.
