Cleanliness, staffs are friendly

The price of the Dermalinfusion seems a bit high. Also tried to book an appointment on the website multiple times but it kept saying that it was sending me a code and it never did. Had to call to schedule.

I appreciate that the staff were attentive and very mindful of health and safety. The new website is also more intuitive and easier to use for schedule. Lastly, I also appreciate my therapist and her expertise.

The staff was friendly, the area was very neat and comfortable and the whole experience was overall very nice and relaxing. One improvement could be to offer water at the end of a massage session, as other places do.
