Hand and stone great hills is always welcoming. The staff is very kind and helpful. The massage therapists always accustom and listen to my needs, highly recommend.

The customer service and ambiance overall is great.

The therapist provided one of the best massages I've had. I wished I had booked a longer time. I left the spa feeling extremely relaxed. I had hoped to book another appointment at the time, but did not have my calendar accessible. The receptionist took time to write down the daily schedules of both the massage therapist I had that day, as well as a recommended esthetician for a future facial.
