The facial was therapeutic, effective, and comfortable but I take in high consideration the cost of getting one and that in turn affects the likelihood of me getting another one. I love being a member but I remember years ago when the membership fee was just $49...now I have to be more cognizant of my expenditures. I also would like to see more coupons, promotions, and perks for members! That would encourage me to continue my membership here!

I always enjoy my massages and facials I get at H&S. They are something I look forward to every month as a tool for relaxation. The only issue I have is the tendency towards up-selling.
