I was highly satisfied with the friendliness and professionalism of the receptionist and massage therapist. The massage room is dark and sound proof (or seems like it) which is perfect for a massage. The membership price and the specials they have for the holidays are budget friendly which is very much appreciated by my pocket book. Thank you!

The employees at the front desk were very helpful. I had to rearrange some appointments and I had a coupon and a gift card to process. I also had a new therapist who turned out to be fantastic so all of my expectations were exceeded.

Everyone was super nice and professional the moment I walked into the office. Not having done a professional massage before, this was a nice introduction that helped me ease into the experience. I will definitely come back and make this into a part of my monthly self care routine.

The only comment that I have is that the session was 40 min Started at 10:10 and ended at 10:50

I’m new to Austin and saw the sign when going to a store in the area. After walking in to ask about prices & services, I was able to get an appointment later same day. I thoroughly enjoyed the facial. The aesthetician helped me with some skin issues I was experiencing and let me set the tone of whether to talk or not, and make choices to fit my relaxation style. The products benefited my skin and I liked it that there wasn’t any hard sell about products or services.

The amount of time spent on problematic areas was perfect with perfect levels of pressure. Attention to detail by the therapist was well demonstrated. The therapist was great!

Therapist was very professional and professional.

I'm always greeted by name and feel welcome. There is a very calming atmosphere about the place. Upon completion of appointment the staff asks if my needs are met.
