I don't know which location this survey is for. I had a reservation to pick up a car at 10 am. The location in easley did not have a car for me, so they sent me 'down the road'. It was ten miles, not a short trip down the road. I was pleased with the service at the second location (on Buncombe Street) but it still took an hour to get the car ready. I felt like the fellow at the buncombe st location did his best, but the fellow at the Easley location made me feel disrespected. I felt like they were all laughing as I left, saying' ha ha I can't believe she actually went along with it'.
