We actually had to visit twice. The first time they gave us a car that had the smell of cigarettes in it. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke and could not ride in the car after my husband brought it to the house without getting physically sick. We called the place we got it from but they had no more vehicles available neither did the other few locations we were able to connect with. The others never answered phone. We finally found an Enterprise over 30 miles away that had a car but it was smaller than the current one we had but we had no choice since we are visiting family and hit a deer on the way to their house and are leaving tomorrow to go back to TN. Very disappointed that the location that gave us the car that smelled did not work to correct the mistake but made my husband spend over an hour on the phone calling locations over and over again looking for a car.
