Was called by one office to confirm but then was given two different numbers to call to find out who would be picking me up when I had a time change. Was not informed that the office would be closed on the day I planned to return the car even though I had mentioned that I would be dropping the car off on that day at a specific time and would then need a ride. Called another location within the same town (not a large town by any means), and was told that they were not able to pick me up at the closed location. Not really adhering to the "we'll pick you up" motto that is stated on the automated answering system and every other advertisement. Also received an email about my reservation; this had a different number than the location I actually had to pick up from causing more problems. Very dissatisfied with the company in a town that you can get from one side to the other within 20-30 minutes.
