they forgot that there was an appointment to pick me up at the repair garage and arrived 25 minutes late. once I got there they tried to make me pay out of pocket when i already had insurance coverage as well as make me buy insurance as well as make me buy insurance I didn't need. then refused to issue the car when they had insurance info for over 5 hours without checking for insurance info. I wasted two hours and am now without a car! merry Christmas esurance! Thanks for stranding me for the holidays!!!
