Oil change

The guy didn't read my file on my last visit to know how they did my oil change since my car is lower. So he tells me they can't do it bC of it being to low and I ask why they did it before then he comes back tells me he is sorry they did it on the rotation lift but it was occupied and it would be awhile .... Ugh just wish he would have read my file
