Great hotel. In the center of Minneapolis, you can go walking everywhere and the train is one block away. Excellent!

My reservation that I made over the phone with the 1-800 number seemed pointless because the woman I made a reservation with told me a type of room was available that wasn't even at the hotel, as I was told when I checked in. Also the rate I was told over the phone was not what I was charged. The next morning at check out I was told by the person at the desk that the "rate may have not been available" which makes no sense because I would have not stayed there if I knew that was the price. I was refunded that amount but everyone I interacted with made me feel like I was an inconvenience or not important enough for them. I will not stay at the Westin again because it makes me think I could never trust a reservation since both the price and room offerings given to me over the phone were wrong. To top it off, the guy at the desk said I should have called the hotel directly to make a reservation. Like it was my fault for calling Westin's 1-800 number. It is not my problem if the 1-800 number and the hotels directly don't communicate.
