Very nice facilities The cleaning crew is very friendly. Love the view! Only negative is the canoe stand that is not very efficient

my stay at the westin lake las vegas resort and spa was amazing. the staff was so friendly it was a nice getaway and it was all so nice and clean ! loved it!

Check in girl was rude and short with a previous customer and then k I felt she transferred it over to me

I had to ask 3 times to have my room cleaned and have the trash taken out. The manager was rude.

Wasn't super satisfied with using my SPG points on this resort wasn't worth it wana the strip was 30min away
