I was a little surprised that the products I wanted would have to be ordered, which was, to some degree, disappointing. However, I was able to order the parts myself, online, and save almost forty percent. So, that's good. I'm planning on having them installed by this firestone, as the employees had the sort of attitude I prefer - no nonsense, business men.
