Firestone Complete Auto Care

Very slow service. Workers were eating at a lunch truck while a lot of customers waited and watched as phones were ringing and being ignored.

I was told that they did not have the time to give me an estimate because they were in the middle of things. My plan was to get an oil change done as well as my air fuel sensor changed and buy a tire.

I called the Firestone 3 times through out the day to add more services to my appointment. My original appointment was to get a new tire & I was told they had a couple in stock. I drop my truck off during my appointment & go for a walk to get something to eat to kill time. Then I receive a call that they don't even have the tire! I had a blow out that morning & needed the tire replaced asap because I drive about 350 miles a week on the highway & it's not safe driving on a spare like that! I could have went to a different shop with my precious time!
