Oil changes... you can never just get that, it's always got to be additional costs,change this filter blah blah blah

Had to go in to get my tire repaired. I chose Firestone because someone said they had good service. They told me it would be an hour, which was fine with me. The woman at the front desk was very nice. I was informed that I needed three new tires, but I couldn't afford to buy them that day so she gave me an itemized list with the pricing so I could come back when I could afford it. Overall, good experience.
