I love the familiarity and friendliness of the staff. Our "jam session" was very fun and I would love to go back and pick out my next guitar with them.

Long wait to be seen

When I went to pickup my PlayStation 3 after taking a pawn loan out on it, there was a long wait to speak to an employee and for him to go in the back and get my PS3. It was as though he couldn't find it, but there was a very long wait for him to come back. And when he finally did, I noticed that the box my PS3 was placed in had a shoe print on it. As though it was stepped on. That made me suspicious, so I asked to test it to see if it still worked, and sure enough, it did not work. At first it came on but it wouldn't play any disc or game. After the employee powered off the system and turned it on again, it wouldn't even load the home screen. It read ‘File Corrupt'. So at this point, I began wondering if an employee had become negligent with my belongings and managed to breakm

I had to free DVD coupon codes from you (mini survey) that I was attempting to redeem & they were acting like they didn't know how to do the transaction & once they figured it out didn't want to do it - bad attitudes
