Brought in a car on Friday afternoon, was told to bring it back Saturday and set up an appointment. Appointment was for 7am to be complete by 9 am. By 10 am it hadn't been started yet and I had to be somewhere. Oil change was thrown in for free (much appreciated) but there was no update on the status of my car in the meantime...
