My son had been air lifted to a children's hospital. We had to get a car to get home. When I called to schedule the car they assured me that the full size and I stressed FULL size would be there. When we got there they had a bug. My son had a bone transport with a nail put in his leg!!! Do you think he could get in a bug!!! I told them this prior to also.

It was an excellent experience. If I have to rent a car it will be through them again.
