I thought the staff was very friendly. The price I paid was excellent. I did not like the way I had to wait for 3 1/2 hours to put my tires on. I also just wanted to replaced and specifically asked them to replace one of them and they Took my good tire off and left the old one. We were very disappointed. We felt obligated to have to buy two more

I went there because I had a previously extended warranty. I called in at 10:15 and asked if I needed an appointment for the alignment. The girl said no and to just walk in. I got there before one. A man asked if wanted to make an appointment or wait for it. I said I was told I didn't need an appointment. He said it would be 2 hours before they could see it. 3 hours and 15 minutes later they started working on it. I left just before 5. The girl at the desk actually called me on my phone to say it was finished even though I was sitting in the same room. Never again.
