I didn't really buy anything. U went there when they were closed...

Not good

I saw all kinds of deals for Firestone when I went online but when I went into the store there wasn't much of an option. Also the csr said she had given me upgraded tires and a discount but when we went to check out she hadn't given me upgraded tires or a discount. There was a good bit of confusion and I just don't feel happy. I was in a bit of a hurry trying to leave as I had to return my rental car and the check out was not speedy by any means.
