Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation & I was initially told it would be about 2.5 hours however I actually ended up waiting about 6 hours total which wasn't all too fun of a wait but I guess they were extra busy today or something. Other than that though, everything was excellent! The employees are always really nice, friendly & helpful & professional & do exceptional work! Firestone is always my family's number one choice in where we bring our vehicles to be serviced!

the service was amazing but I had to wait almost 2 hours to see if my tire needed to be replaced or not...maybe just a busy day
