Dissatisfied. I believe employee lied to me. I went for inspection and oil change. First, he said he couldn't do veh inspection because machine was down Then he said they are only allowed to do 150 a month Either way. I left without doing oil change Took my business to valvoline and got both done. Firestone lost my money

Very bad customer service. My dad previously worked for a Firestone and knows a lot about cars. I went in knowing exactly what needed to be done and they come out saying it's going to be an outrageous number. Bad attitude was given to me after declining service
