Helpful staff but long wait time for an oil change. Will have to go back as a result.

Dropped my car off for an oil change at noon. On Saturdays they close at 6. At 5:40 I still had not heard from them so I called. They said, "oh, we were trying to get hold of you." Needless to say, I hadn't received a phone call from them. They were not yet complete with my car but said they could have it ready in 10 minutes. They hadn't finished it because they wanted to talk to me about getting my rear brakes done. Personally, I think they didn't call because it was some sort of weird sales ploy to get me to leave the car there overnight so they could do the brakes, but I did not give in. Today I noticed that they didn't put a new oil change sticker in. This is the third time that has happened at this location. I've been taking both cars to this Firestone consistently over the past 2 years. I love their tires, but I believe it's time to head back to my old garage, Goodyear. They were always great and didn't try to buckle and dime me every time I walked in. Only stopped going because it was far away from our home. I would rather make the drive than put up with this crappy service. Guess I'll just use Firestone for tires from now on.
