Went bc car wouldn't start up. They fixed prob or so we thought and we picked up car at closing. On drive home car started acting up so we left it at another firestone by home. One we go to frequently. They checked out car and found that other firestone left a screw off which was causing the car to shake which could have been potentially dangerous. Our familiar Firestone had to run a diagnostic bc they didn't know what was up at 1st but didn't charge us for it which was great.
