I was given a smoking room instead of non smoking and was not informed of this beforehand. I could not sleep at night and ended up on the floor of the bathroom instead as I am asthmatic. This stay was not pleasant at all.

The hotel was filthy! The room had a terrible smell and I was afraid to touch the carpet with my bare feet. The check in was slow - took over 10 minutes. I will never stay here again. I was here for business and I have told everyone I have come into contact with how disgusting this hotel is. Not worth the $200 a night fee.
