There was a tube of lipstick in one of my beds an I was told due to getting a family discount the satisfaction guarantee would not count. Other than feeling like the bed may not have been clean it was perfect. I had a better discount at the Marriott and didn't go there bc I wanted to be with the rest of the wedding party
