The staff was extremely kind and generous. We ran into trouble booking a room over the phone, but the hotel staff quickly fixed the problem. Even the staff "in training" was incredibly knowledgable and professional, so I was shocked to see that they were still learning the ropes. The hotel stay and staff were great!

Everything was great but for the price, the shower is not up to standards.
