It was really busy therefore we had to get a room with a king bed for 3 people. Maybe they could have more options for members since we frequent Hampton Inns. Also wifi was only free for premium or gold members and it should be for any member even silver. A little disappointed.

First off please get more than just 1 employee that speaks better English. There was a huge language barrier with 2 of the 3 front desk employees. Also the room smelled like paint and certain areas of the hotel smelled like wet carpet. The AC was not working properly. When I asked the the front desk at check-in to turn off all incidentals I was told that the hotel doesn't have incidentals. I thought it was odd, but as we were checking in late I let it go. The next day I was charged (on hold) a 15% incidental charge. I rated for the three nights and this will be the last time I ever stay at this hotel, even it is free. The free wifi also isn't worth it as you are on for 3 minutes if that and it cuts you off. All in all a horrible experience. Hilton honors will be hearing from me.
