Clean and nice

The front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. However, My partner was upset with the front desk on the wakeup call both mornings. The 1st morning we got the call 1 hour late so my partner was late on the1st day of work. That night my partner called and told them about the late wake up call and asked them to make sure it was on time for the next morning and then we didn't even get any wake up call. highly suspicious! partner was extremely late two mornings in a row due to the front desks failure to set wake up calls. very disappointing

Close to Disneyland fourth time staying at this hotel I always have a good experience.

We held a class here at the Anaheim Holiday Inn and Francisco, the wonderful gentleman in charge of setting up the conference room, was so professional. He was not only very kind, with old world hospitality, but so attentive to our classroom needs. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. Thank you so much, Francisco!
