Concierge assistance so very helpful. Super location for theaters. Need soundproofing for loudly flushing toilets next door. Better pillows expected (need non- feather type that don't flatten in sleep!

Visiting a friend who always stays there. I stayed with her for 3 days. The staff is very attentive, and we especially enjoyed Anthony at the bar and Ruth, the manager. Lovely time. We will do it again.
