Horrible experience! Lady at counter was so quiet you couldn't hear her, waited to get car, car blocked in after it was assigned to us, additional $140 in taxes, tried to up sell several things, and more. Will never use again!

I will NEVER rent from this company again. Especially the location in Schiller Park Chicago. The staff supervisor was rude to multiple guests, and I stood in line to be helped for over an hour. There were not enough people working to service the customers. My rental agreement was not honored, and due to my situation I was denied service without any help or offers on how to proceed with my car rental. I will NEVERTHELESS do business with a company that treats customers this way. I ultimately rented from Alamo because they are speedy and know how to take care of their customers and potential future customers.
