I was highly satisfied because the lady that helped us was very nice, helpful, answering all are question, and stuff really great. I was satisfied with the cash I got back for my stuff I did not need no more.

Friendly, customer service, treating people as people, not objects. Respectful, positive attitudes, and overall represented great people skills in dealing with people. Taking time making sure the customer is taking care of, while performing and conducting their tour of duties in a professional, timely manner.

Friendly fast service from the staff, warm light hearted but still business oriented atmosphere. Staff did their best as far as seeing if they could take my items and also give me the best loan possible
