I was really impressed with the staff. The manager explained what my vehicle needed, rather than try to sell me everything he could. He did this because I explained to him that I had only enough cash to cover the oil change. I have previously been treated very badly at Jiffy Lube, where the staff was very rude when they found out I didn't gave enough cash to cover all the other work they claimed my car needed immediately. Now that I have experienced true customer service at Midas, I will return for further work on my car. No more Jiffy Lube, where they don't care about me and only want to up their sales. I had an excellent experience with Midas today, and will highly recommend them to my friends and family!!!!

Waiting area could be nicer, not much to read while waiting. More beverages to choose from would also making waiting more enjoyable.
