This is a convenient location. I know how long services will take when I schedule an appt. even though I had an appt today, it took ~1 1/2 hrs instead if the usual hour. The service member showed me a problem than needed to be fixed. I have been satisfied with the price of oil changes and availability of coupons. There was no coffee today. It seemed dustier than usual. There are several dead bugs in the light fixture. When there is additional work that needs to be done, Goodyear is good to print estimates with items that need attention.

I continue to use Goodyear because I know how quick I will get in and out. I've felt annoyed by having to make an appt., however I prefer this to being told at competitors it will be 1:45 before the will get to my vehicle and who knows how long beyond that. Today's visit took a bit longer than expected. I am pleased with the pricing Good to get estimates when extra work is needed. I like that they print this out.

I like this location. I feel like we are getting a reasonable price for oil changes. I found it frustrating in the past that I had to make an appt for oil change, however, I now know when I will get in and out where other retailers are unpredictable. I had to wait to be checked out. I believe someone thought someone else was doing it, not realizing that a customer needed to be checked out. Otherwise am satisfied and continue to do business here as long as I am treated fairly.
