Very friendly and upfront about charges and costs before hand

Dusty at this location was great. Another man (dark hair) was very unfriendly. Wasn't at all cordial about helping me. Acted annoyed that I was there. While moving my car, a girl moved my seat closer and didn't return to original position causing me to hit my leg on steering wheel causing a large bruise. Not happy.

Started my Goodyear tire service center experience on a friendly note with the original check out person. Had To leave my tire to get plugged and returned about 2-3hrs later (after the called me) for it to be out back on. I was not greeted with the original friendly staff person, but some one who was not so "friendly", and finished my transaction. While I waited, I went to the restroom....NASTY!!! I can overlook the dirty sink from service men washing hands, but NOT the urine on the toilet and floor OR the trash that should've been emptied a week ago!! As we were getting ready to leave when the tire was fixed, I about had my hip taken off from the driver seat that did not get put back from when the service tech moved it!! VERY PAINFUL!!! I DONT have a problem with the seat getting moved to be able to drive my car safely, BUT AT LEAST MOVE IT BACK!!! Very thankful my tire was fixed, but more thankful I don't have to go back......Please send my regards to Dustin, he was very pleasant to work with and made me feel at ease with my problem!!!
