Had a screw in our tire at 6:30 on Saturday night before Easter. They got us in at the last minute and fixed it.

Friendly staff

We bought tires there so my husband went to have them rotated since it is included in tire purchase price. He has had a couple of poor customer service experiences. They were rude when he left the car and several hours later when we went to pick it up there was one man working the front desk, with 3 people waiting. When he asked for help he was told by the other employee that everyone would have to wait 10 mins while she "had to take a smoke break"! We will never buy from the Temple Goodyear store again. Very rude employees.

They charged way to much

Lied to cover their own a**

We were told there would be an hour wait for an oil change but at the one hour mark our car hadn't even been moved from its parking space but several people who had gotten there after us had their cars taken back. We asked for our keys back and walked out.
