The hotel was so beautiful. It was amazing to stay in this location because you are in such a good location and close to a lot of amazing restaurants and shops. The staff are super kind and really want to help you. It was a great experience.

Terrific beautiful place that is in a perfect location in Boston! The concierge and maids were all so friendly! Also lived having the walkway to the mall, the sports bar, and the fedex kinkos so conveniently located, not to mention the star market too!

I wish there was a microwave in the room for late night snacking

Great service and staff. I lost my wedding ring and they were able to find it for me. Great food at champions and the chef Willie smith was great and very friendly
