Clean and nicely taken care of

There was a bug in our room. Also the first room we were given smelled like raw sewage. We were moved to another room.

My room was nice but soooo loud. Between the mini fridge running all night long, the clunking of the air conditioner unit and the planes I slept 3-4 hours. Bed was soft room was clean

Front desk made me feel like an inconvenience and sports teams were loud and staff was unable to control them

Room was too small for our event. Was so crowded that we couldn't even exit room without walking up in front of the speaker & interrupting her. Temperature of room was too cold. Lunch buffet was served from only one side of table instead of double serve lines. Made lunch take forever. Ran out of drinks & silverware & staff was slow to respond. Not impressed with temperature of food, no mayonnaise or mustard when we were offered sandwiches!?!? Meats were hard to chew
