Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville Airport was amazing! We were greeted by the front desk staff immediately. Check in was pretty smooth except one out of two rooms we had an issue with the room key. Went down to try to get a new key & ended up having someone personally go with me to help. My family & I felt like we were royalty by everyone we encountered during our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Great job & two thumbs up to the staff!

very clean and very nice staff, cute Christmas decor that made it feel more like home, very good breakfast and location- very close to big shopping center!

Good. Shower was broken

I do not like the fact that the cream is in containers instead of individual it doesn't have the same consistency. There was a line of five people when I arrived, only one person at the counter. They all wanted to leave their cars to park, which added additional wait at the check-in. My room had an awful smell to it
