Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville South - Bartram Park

Amazing experience, this was exactly what we were looking for! Clean and beautiful hotel!

Very nice hotel especially for a Hampton inn I was really surprised. Some of the restaurant staff was great but in general the staff seemed unfriendly. One older lady in particular in the restaurant was quite rude when we simply asked how the oatmeal was prepared.

Nice comfortable bed, with beautiful entrance to the main room.

Hall smelled like urine, shower curtain smelled musty and the speaker on the tv was messed up so the tv echoed.

The staff was a bit snarky and almost gave out room away

Beds were hard. And the manger messed up my stay package.
