The Hilton Garden Inn is great. I've stayed one night so far and the team members here are very polite. My room cards didn't work and a hotel employee opened my door for me with his master key then went down to correct the issue and delivered working cards to my door. No complaints.

the room was nice although very small. the bed does not compare to the beds at westin. front desk pretty friendly and helpful. lobby spectacular. love the free cookies & tea. the pool is tiny and being inside i think the hours should be at least til midnight. the hours on the pool are my biggest complaint. sometimes we like to relax later in the evening and later pool hours could improve the relaxation experience.

Pillows were not good. It was like sleeping on air. You need to upgrade or at least replace the pillows.

Hotel was nice. Restaurant staff was GREAT!! I had to have my key reactivated every evening which was inconveinent

The staff was rude to Mother in law and the the floors were Nast dirty. There were black hairs on clean sheets and ANTS ALL OVER BATHROOM!!!!

Web site says free breakfast. We get there and find out it is $10.95 per person. Had to ask three times for housekeeping to clean our room. Had reservations for 4 nights, they had us down for 3 and charged more for the 4th night. Rude girl at front desk.
