The staff was great. From the moment we arrived with John being our bellman and helping fix a situation in our room until the end with getting a late check out for my 86 year old grandfather. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Even the nice lady in the gift shop one evening helped make a concoction for upset stomach through room service. Hope to experience this amazing place again!!
