Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge

The hotel is centrally located. The staff is great. The room is comfortable and clean. I Okeke that there's a restaurant and bar.

Great conference atmosphere

Great. The staff was amazing and the room was very comfortable.

The hotel was non smoking but the furniture in the room still smelled of stale smoke, likely from before they were smoke free.

Need to improve customer service

The hotel is clean,from lobby, bar, gym to the room. All areas were clean. I don't like when hotels charge their guests for parking. Check-in did not go smoothly. The room that I reserved was not ready. I actually go downgraded to a lower floor with no view of the bay. They gave me free breakfast and parking for the inconvenience. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay.
